Canadian Parents for French Supports Bill C-32: An Opportunity to Bring Canada’s Linguistic Duality to Life
Ottawa, June 16, 2021 — CPF is very pleased that Bill C-32 was finally tabled in Parliament yesterday, aiming to modernize the Official Languages Act, the Bill is an important step toward recognizing the roles of Canadians who have learned French, by means of French immersion or other French as a second language learning programs, and the role they play as allies in support of the vitality of French in all parts of Canada.

Lenora Surette is currently a Grade 4/5 French Immersion teacher at Meadowfields Community School with the Tri-County Regional Center for Education.
BLUENOSE ACADEMY TEACHER MAKES FRENCH FUN FOR STUDENTS

M Belliveau Wood is in his tenth year as a French second language teacher. He is presently teaching at Bluenose Academy in the South Shore Regional Centre for Education (SSRCE).
