Come join us and the MSVU Art Gallery on a series of art walks. During these 1.5 hour walks, the group will discuss different themes in French and English related to the neighbourhoods and create using different art media. Materials will be provided.

Canadian Parents for French Supports Bill C-32: An Opportunity to Bring Canada’s Linguistic Duality to Life
Ottawa, June 16, 2021 — CPF is very pleased that Bill C-32 was finally tabled in Parliament yesterday, aiming to modernize the Official Languages Act, the Bill is an important step toward recognizing the roles of Canadians who have learned French, by means of French immersion or other French as a second language learning programs, and the role they play as allies in support of the vitality of French in all parts of Canada.
ACUFC- Postsecondary FSL Bursaries
Did you know that the Bursaries for Postsecondary Studies in French as a Second Language (FSL) Program aims to encourage young Canadians whose first official spoken language is English to study in French? Its goal: To help students entering their first year of college or university to perfect their bilingualism while studying in their field of interest. It is not mandatory to study French per se, but to be registered in a program in which at least 50% of courses and related activities are offered in French. These non-renewable bursaries, each worth $3,000, are available in many colleges and universities across Canada.
