NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia is called for and will be held at the Hampton Inn and Suites (65 Cromarty Dr, Dartmouth, NS B3B 0G2 ), on the 28th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 1:00 pm (EDT) for the following purposes:

  1. To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.
  2. To elect Directors of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia.
  3. To appoint the Auditors of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia for the ensuing year.
  4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia is open to the public, but only members of Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia in good standing may vote.
