The Canadian Parents for French, Nova Scotia Branch Annual General Meeting will take place at 9 am on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Dartmouth Crossing. The meeting is open to all CPF members and the general public. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote at the AGM. Canadian Parents for French – Nova Scotia invites all members to join us at our Annual General Meeting and Conference on Sept 27-28, 2014 at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Dartmouth Crossing. CPF Nova Scotia will sponsor one delegate from each chapter to participate. Space for one delegate per chapter will be held until August 31, 2014. After that date, sponsored delegate are not guaranteed a place at the conference.
NON-SPONSORED DELEGATES are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, so send in your registration and payment right away! Travel costs and meals while en route to/from the conference are the responsibility of the Chapter/Delegate. Registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. Fees include double accommodation, banquet, conference/workshops and health breaks.
SPONSORED DELEGATES will be Chapter President or designated by President. If there is not an active Chapter in your area, please contact the CPF Nova Scotia Branch office if you are interested in representing a Chapter. Travel costs and meals while en route to/from the conference are the responsibility of the Chapter/Delegate.
